Why Wynnman?

We wanted a name that was a nod to the history of the area, but bold enough to stand above similar developments in the area. The name came from the Celtic spelling of Wimbledon - thought to be more than a thousand years old. Every colour, detail and finish we’ve chosen for Wynnman Place has been created in respect to the past, and we’re hoping to add another small piece to the area’s already incredible history.

What is Greening the Grey?

Wynnman Place has been designed to bring sustainable living and a splash of colour to Wimbledon Park. The entire development has been created on an entirely carbon neutral energy system and we’ve aimed to source all materials from environmentally considerate suppliers. And so it was our goal to create an incredible development without taking away any qualities of a stunning build. We know you’ll love living in Wimbledon Park, so why not fall in love with your home too.

Green Spaces & Recreation

Welcome to one of London’s greenest neighbourhoods. You’ll be surrounded by a number of gorgeous parks, tennis courts, gyms and sporting grounds; meaning you’ll never be too far from the action.

Dining & Entertainment

With a growing cafe culture and abundance of bars and nightspots, you’ll find the local area has a lot to offer most nights of the week. And with a number of family owned restaurants you’ll also be supporting local growth. That’s a big tick from us.

Schools & Education

The development is surrounded by a number of outstanding Ofsted rated primary and secondary schools; meaning you’ll be spoilt for choice for your child’s education. You’ll also be supporting local growth.
